Oregano & Parmesan Roasted Acorn Squash

Ingredients:
- 1 acorn squash
- 2 tbsp of melted, unsalted butter
- 3 sprigs of fresh oregano
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan
- 2 minced garlic gloves (1 tsp of garlic powder is also great here!)
- Allie Vous Roasted Garlic blend or Smoked Applewood blend
- pepper
- Garnish - fresh oregano and grated Parmesan
Recipe:
- Preheat oven to 425
- Cut acorn squash in half, remove seeds and slice into 1/2 inch thick slices
- Blend melted butter, oregano, garlic, Parmesan, Allie Vous salt (see suggestion in ingredients) & pepper
- Fold the sliced acorn squash into the butter mixture
- Bake for 25 min (or until squash is cooked through and Parmesan is slightly browned)
- Enjoy!
